Student Discount

Students 20 -25 years old buy tickets for age category "20-25 years" and students 26 years and older have a special tariff. The discount applies only to 30-day period tickets. For other ticket types, the age category "Adult" is applied.

Students 26 years and older:

• Price: SEK 530 (30 day period ticket)

Period tickets for students over the age of 26 are sold at Ultra's Reseinfo offices or in Ultra's app. Select the category "student". Student discount is given on 30-day season tickets.

Conditions for student discount 26 years and older:

To get this student discount on the local buses, you must be 26 years or older and have your registered address in Umeå. The ticket inspector will check your registered address.

You must be a student of Umeå University or SLU.

At ticket inspection onboard the buses, a valid student ID must be presented.
Identification is done with a valid student ID stating that you are studying at Umeå University or SLU. If you do not have one, you can show your letter of admission together with a valid ID.
