How and where to buy your bus ticket. What is free and what is not.
Night-time service have the same fares and transfer conditions as day-time.
"Ultra - Umeås lokaltrafik" app
With the "Ultra - Umeås lokaltrafik" app you can buy punch, flex, single and period tickets. You can also easily find stops, departure times and see bus positions on the map.
- Download the "Ultra - Umeås lokaltrafik" app from App Store or Google Play free of charge.
- The first time you buy a ticket, you can register your card (Visa or MasterCard) in the app. You can also pay with Swish or invoice (Klarna).
- Get onboard and show the ticket on your smartphone to the validator.
On the website
You can top up your bus card with all types of tickets through My Pages. You can also order the card itself through My Pages.
Customer Service and resellers
You can buy tickets at our Reseinfo offices and through our resellers.
Onboard the bus
You can buy single tickets onboard the bus, payment by card only. For safety reasons, we do not take cash onboard.
Ticket machines
Ultra has four ticket machines in Umeå. Three at Vasaplan (central Umeå) and one at Umeå Airport.
The ticket machines sell single tickets for city buses in Umeå (Ultra), including the airport bus.
