
Ticket cancellation
If you've changed your plans and you want to cancel your ticket.
You can choose to cancel your ticket through My Pages or our app. You can do so within 60 days from the date of purchase, provided that the ticket hasn't been activated. This only applies to tickets bought through My Pages or the app.
If you cannot cancel your ticket yourself:
In the event of a refund, the value of the remaining journeys will be received minus a handling fee of SEK 75 per bus ticket. These refund policies apply regardless of the method of payment.
Started period tickets are not refunded, except in case of illness when some refunds can be made upon presentation of a medical certificate. In cases where we have changed the service so that the passenger has not been able to use their season ticket, the remaining days will be refunded.
Refunds can be made at one of our Reseinfo offices in Umeå.
