If you forgot or lost something on the bus, we will try to help you get it back. Who to contact depends on which bus operator you have travelled with.
Contact information for the most common bus operators can be found below. If you are unsure which bus operator you have travelled with, you are welcome to contact Länstrafiken's customer service. Then we can transfer you to the right bus operator.

Customer service
Transdev and Byberg & Nordin
If you have forgotten or lost something on the bus and have travelled with the bus operator Byberg & Nordin or Transdev, you can pick up your items at Lost & Found Umeå Bus station, Järnvägstorget 2, 90328 Umeå.
Please note - Bussgods Hittegods Umeå also takes care of forgotten items on board Ultra's buses.
