Card balance - number of trips or days on the bus pass
We are now launching a new feature for those who travel with a bus card - Card balance. It is an option to be able to quickly see how many journeys or days you have left on your bus card. Both when planning the trip, before boarding and during the trip.
This is for those who like to travel with a bus card. By scanning the QR code on the back of your bus card, you can now get information about which tickets you have on the card.
How to use the new Card Balance feature
With Card Balance, you can choose between two different ways to check your balance
1. Scan the QR code on your bus card
- Open the camera app on your mobile and point the camera at the code on the back of your bus pass
- Click the link that appears on the screen
- Now you can see all your tickets
2. Enter your card number
- Go to the Card Balance webpage.
- Fill in your 16-digit card number which is on the back of your travel card.
- Click Search.
- You get to see all your tickets
No login is required to use the service. The information you receive is:
• How many trips/days do I have left?
• Which route/area is the ticket valid in
• Which age category does it apply to
• How much time do I have left to use the trips?
The service shows both your current ticket and any tickets that are "behind".
Secure your tickets
You do not need an account to see your card balance, but we recommend that you register your bus card on My Pages to secure your tickets – in case of loss of your bus card, your tickets will be saved in your account.
Will the end of travel soon?
If your Card Balance shows that you are running out of journeys soon, you can follow the link to My Pages and top up your card with more journeys – cheaper than buying single tickets on board.

• Log in to My Pages /link/ to see all the details of your tickets and buy new trips
• Visit a Travel Info office or a staffed bus station /link/
• Call Customer Service on 0771-100 110
If you have your tickets on a bus card instead of having your tickets in the app Ultra-Umeås lokaltrafik or tabussen.nu, you will see all ticket details directly in the app.
