You can easily find traffic information yourself. You can receive it in real-time or as a published message. You can also call us at Customer Service.
In the app Ultra - Umeås lokaltrafik
In our app, you can get traffic information in the form of bus positions on the map, directly in the travel planner or via the Traffic information tab.
Bus positions
You can follow a specific bus via the travel planner, and see where exactly it is on a map in the app. The service also makes it possible to click on the map in the app on the stop you want to go from, and see all the buses that serve the specific stopin the nearest future.
Journey Planner
In our Journey Planner in the app, you can see in real time that the bus is on time and when it will arrive. You can also see if there is traffic information linked to your departure. Click on the departure to read the traffic information.
When you click on a departure, you will get a description of the disruption. All this information is displayed in real time, so deviations can change along the way.
- A white ! with a red ring around it means that there is traffic information linked to the departure.
All deviations from the timetable are also described in text.
Traffic information tab in the app
Under the Traffic information tab, all published traffic disruptions are collected for Ultra traffic. A service disruption is a temporary restriction or change that will eventually return to regular traffic. These service disruptions will be published by our Customer Service as soon as we receive the information.

On the website, you can get traffic information directly from the traffic information on the front page or via the Journey Planner.
Journey Planner
In the Journey Planner on the web, you can also see traffic information when you click on the departure. The Journey Planner displays the information in real time.

On the front page of the website, you can see published traffic disruptions and timetable changes. A service disruption is a temporary restriction or change that will return to regular traffic. A timetable change is a change in traffic that is updated in the journey planner and timetable.
Traffic information on the bus
Our buses have digital information monitors. There you will find bus stop information such as destination, next stop, and arrival times. On these information monitors, we can also post other current traffic information. The buses also have audio announcements.
