
My bus card
My Bus Card as a Service has been replaced by My Pages for the new bus cards. On My Pages, you can also secure your travels. If you have questions about an existing bus card that you have previously registered in My Bus Card, we can help you.
The My Bus Card service is part of the old bus cards and My Pages is part of the new bus cards. The new bus cards went on sale on March 24. You can secure the new bus card by registering it on My Pages. If you have lost an old bus card that you have travel left on, we can help you. Please send the below information to our customer service at mittbusskort@tabussen.nu
If you have already had your card registered via My Bus Card, we need the following:
- Name
- Address
- Zip code
- Place
- How much did you have left on the card
- Speed Dial
If you have not had the card registered via My Bus Card, we need the following:
- Receipt and bank statement from the last purchase
- Card number (lost card)
- Card type (discount/period)
- How much did you have left on the card
- Where did you last refill
- When did you last refill
- When did you lose the card
- Name
- Address
- Zip code
- Place
