Onboard the bus
What applies onboard the bus for your and fellow travellers' well-being and safety.
In order for you to enjoy yourself and for safety to be as good as possible, we need rules on the bus.
Seatbelt
All passengers must sit down and use seatbelts on our regional buses. It is a legal requirement to use seat belts in the bus where they are available.
E-cigarettes or cigarettes
We do not allow the use of e-cigarettes on board our vehicles. They are forbidden, just like regular cigarettes.
Parfumes and scents
Show respect to other passenger and remember that there might be fellow travellers who are allergic. Do not use strong scents, like parfume, aftershave or similar onboard the bus. Tobacco and nicotine can also have a strong smell.
Ice cleats/Spikes
We do not allow the use of ice cleats/spikes onboard our vehicles:
Ice cleats/spikes damage the floors of the buses. In the long term, it can lead to mould, as moisture risks penetrating the floors.
Weapon
Weapons such as rifles, pistols, knives or other objects that can be perceived as weapons must be packed during the journey, and when necessary in accordance with the provisions of the Weapons Act, divided and stored in the vehicle's luggage or cargo compartment. Split means that the bolt must be separated from the weapon. If the weapon is stored in the luggage in the cargo room, you can take the bolt with you into the bus. This is for everyone's safety and security.
Food and refreshments
It is allowed to bring refreshments/sweets/drinks including coffee/tea if it is carried in a thermos/cup with a lid onboard. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed to consume onboard. However, out of consideration for fellow travellers, it is not allowed to bring hot fried/grilled food. Be considerate and dispose of rubbish in the designated place.
Toilet on the bus
Toilets are available on the buses in regional traffic that run on our major routes, where the trips are longer than 100 km.
Behaviour
If the passenger in the vehicle behaves in such a way that it can be considered to have a negative impact on the comfort of others, the passenger may be expelled from the vehicle by the driver or by other transport staff and thus deprived of the right to continue the journey. If a passenger refuses to follow the instructions of the bus staff, the police will be called.
