
Ticket cancellation
If you've changed your plans and you want to cancel your ticket.
Single Tickets
- Single tickets purchased in the app or via My Pages can be refunded by the traveller within 60 days of purchase, provided the ticket has not been activated.
- Single tickets purchased on board or at a staffed bus station or Reseinfo office are non-refundable.
Punch Tickets
- Punch tickets purchased in the app or via My Pages can be refunded by the traveller within 60 days of purchase, provided the ticket has not been started. Remaining unused punches can be refunded with a service fee of SEK 75. Please contact Länstrafiken's Customer Service.
- Unused punch tickets purchased at a staffed bus station or Reseinfo office can be refunded with a service fee of SEK 75, provided they have not expired.
Period Tickets
- Period tickets purchased in the app or via My Pages can be refunded by the traveller within 60 days of purchase, provided the ticket has not been activated.
- Period tickets purchased at a staffed bus station or Reseinfo office can be refunded with a service fee of SEK 75, provided they have not been activated or expired.
- Exceptions for partially used period tickets may be granted in cases of illness with a doctor’s certificate, or if we have changed the traffic supply in a way that prevents the traveller from using the ticket. In these cases, the remaining days will be refunded.
