Secure your tickets quickly and easily directly in your app or on our website.
As a traveller, you can secure your purchased tickets by creating an account in the tabussen.nu app. If you have your journeys on a bus card, you can secure them on My Pages through the home page.
With this insurance, can move your tickets to a new bus card or mobile phone if need be.
Keep your travels safe by creating an account in the app
To secure your tickets and to be able to use all the features, you can create an account in the Tabussen.nu app. You can search for a journey and buy a ticket without having an account, but then you won't be able to use all the features and services.
Create an account, here's how:
- Go to "More" and then "My Profile".
- Click the Create a Profile button.
- Fill in your email and click next.
- You will receive an email, open the email, click on the link and enter a password.
- Go back to the app, now you are logged in.
Secure your journeys on your bus card
To create a user, go to My Pages from the homepage. Log in with the same email address and password as you already have for the app or create a new account.
Once logged in to My Pages, go to Fare Media and then Register bus card. You need to know the card number on the backside of the card.
