Punch tickets

Do you only travel once in a while? With a punch ticket, you can always take the bus if you feel like it, and you also travel cheaper than if you buy a one-way ticket.

Punch tickets are loaded with 6 or 10 journeys between two places, including any transfers. You can buy punch tickets in the tabussen.nu app, through My Pages, on the bus or at one of our sales agents. 
At the sales agents, you can also choose 20 journeys.

The ticket is registered when boarding in the bus's card reader. The price for children corresponds to about 50% of the adult price. The price of the ticket is between 16-20% lower than the single ticket price for each trip, depending on the route in question. Punch tickets are available for adults, children, youth and seniors with the same price as for youth.

The punch ticket is not personal, but only one person can travel on the discount ticket. It is not permitted to use the ticket on a route other than the one indicated. As a passenger, you choose which route you want to load on the ticket. 

Terms and conditions for punch ticket

The first trip needs to be made within 180 days from the date of purchase. If the first journey is not made within that time, the whole ticket will expire.

The validity of the ticket is 365 days after the first journey.

If the ticket is loaded with a point in Umeå or in Skellefteå, the ticket is valid also for transfer to/from the city buses in Skellefteå / Umeå.
If the route on the ticket is set to be valid for Umeå, the ticket is also valid for transfer to/from the airport bus in Umeå.

When purchasing a discount ticket for a bus card, in cases where the passenger does not already have a card, a card fee (currently SEK 50) is added to the price.
