Terms and conditions Corporate ticket
Thank you for choosing to become a corporate customer with us. Below are our terms and conditions regarding your new corporate ticket.
Parties
The account holder is the person or persons who have applied for and been granted an account and to whom cards have been issued.
The creditor is Länstrafiken i Västerbotten AB. If the account holder wants to add or remove
If you are using a corporate card, this change must be made by email to ekonomi@tabussen.nu
Regulations for the card
Changes in name, address, any references and other contact details must be notified immediately
to Länstrafiken on ekonomi@tabussen.nu
A new company card is issued by Länstrafiken and the old company card with incorrect information must be
cut up and discarded.
Purchases with the card
The corporate card is a credit card and is valid for the purchase of single tickets at Länstrafiken in Västerbotten,
Norrbotten, Jämtland/Härjedalen, Din Tur i Västernorrland, Norrtåg and airport bus and city traffic in
Umeå and Skellefteå.
Responsible for payment
The signatory is responsible for payment of the account debt for all of them, according to this order
issued company cards and extra orders. In case of non-payment, two reminders are sent to
Customer. If payment is still not made, the case is sent to debt collection and the company card can then
Blocked.
Payment terms
Länstrafiken invoices purchases made with the company cards once a month without invoice fees.
The payment must be received by Länstrafiken on the due date stated on the invoice.

Loss report
Länstrafiken is responsible for the card until the customer has received it. When the card is sent away
The customer is also sent a confirmation email that the card is on its way, provided that the email address is available
stated in the application. If the customer has not received the card within 5 working days from the date of the confirmation email
they must get back to Länstrafiken via email ekonomi@tabussen.nu, the card will then be blocked and
a new one is sent. From day 5, the customer is responsible for the card.
The card is a valuable document and since there is no personal code associated with the card,
the card can be misused if it falls into the wrong hands. Loss of a corporate card must be reported to
ekonomi@tabussen.nu as soon as possible.
