Travel conditions for travel across county borders - Norrlandsresan
These terms and conditions apply to Länstrafiken in Jämtland, Norrbotten, Västerbotten and Din Tur i Västernorrland when travelling across county borders with a ticket from Norrlandsresan.

Free baggage

only to the size, weight and dimensions that the luggage racks of the bus allow. In addition, luggage/luggage must be

Bicycles cannot be taken on the express buses on the Norrland coast line 100 and on the Ybus (line 100)
and buses in city traffic.
E-cigarettes
We do not allow the use of e-cigarettes on board our vehicles. E-cigarettes give off a scent that can

Unaccompanied children
Unaccompanied minors under the age of 7 pay a child/school youth ticket. Children must be able to fend for themselves throughout

Dangerous goods

Flammable and explosive baggage may not be carried.
Refreshments on board
It is allowed to bring and consume coffee, sweets and drinks on board. Drinks should be in packaging or mugs
with lid. However, out of consideration for fellow travellers, it is not permitted to bring fried or grilled food, or food that:
can drip onto seats and interiors. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be consumed on board.
Kick-bike, electric scooter or folding bike
Means of transport that are folded and portable and are less than 120 cm when folded can be taken on the bus

Pet
• Furry animals such as dogs and cats travel with us for free.
• All animals must be kept on a leash or kept in an intended bag or cage and travel on the floor.
Smaller animals can be held on laps but must not be placed on a seat.
• Passengers with fur animals must board through the middle door, where available.
Exceptions for guide dogs, which are usually trained to enter through the front door.
• The fur animal may only be in the rear or upper part of the vehicle for the convenience of people
who are allergic. Everyone can travel by public transport, so it can never be completely allergy-proof.
• Guide dogs and signal dogs travel with the passenger at any place in the vehicle.
• It is allowed to bring a maximum of two fur animals/traveler.
• Anyone travelling with animals is responsible for their safety and risks being rejected or denied boarding
if the fur animal is deemed to be disturbing to other passengers or staff.
• The guidelines for animals on the bus are the same in Jämtland, Norrbotten, Västerbotten and Västernorrland,
However, there may be regional deviations on some routes.
Weapon
Weapons such as rifles, pistols, knives or other objects that can be perceived as weapons must be
packaged while driving. When required in accordance with the provisions of the Firearms Act, the weapon must be divided and
stored in the vehicle's cargo compartment. The bolt must be kept by the holder and kept separate from the rest of the weapon.
Other luggage
Other normal luggage may be brought subject to space and at the regular freight rate.
